Hello everyone my name is Akiya I am 18 years old and from the Montgomery area I have vast experience in childcare working with ages from newborn all the way to around 12 years old. I am the oldest of four siblings and have always been told that I have a very kind and compassionate nature. I love working with kiddos and truly feel that the imprint that you make on a child’s life is what shapes them into who they will ultimately be as an adult. Because of this I think showing true kindness and compassion as well as understanding and patience is very important. I am currently employed as an art teaching assistant for Abrakadoodle where I work with ages 5+ I have a strong background in the arts as I went to art schools growing up my whole life. I love singing, art, baking, and just having a fun time. I feel that my bubbly and outgoing personality makes me the perfect candidate for any family.
