Is knowing what upsets the children and what makes them happy, finding the uniqueness in each child. Ex: Sally has a favorite elephant that she has that she uses when she is scared. Knowing that information before I storm were to happen I'd be prepared with what makes her comfortable. I need to be able to know the child and his/her personality
