I’ve helped take care of younger kids in my family, whether that means keeping them entertained, helping them with things they need, or just spending time with them. I’m comfortable helping with daily routines and making sure kids are safe while still having fun!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing arts and crafts, playing games, baking, watching movies, and spending time outside with kids. I’m always open to trying new activities and finding things they enjoy doing. I want them to have fun while also making sure they’re learning and staying active!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Building a strong relationship with both the parents and the child is really important to me because I want everyone to feel comfortable and trust each other. I want the parents to feel confident leaving their kids with me and the kids to feel like they can be themselves around me. I also think being patient, dependable, and understanding makes a big difference!
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have very much experience working with children with special needs, but I’m always willing to learn! I’m patient, caring, and understanding, and I would do my best to make sure every child feels safe, included, and comfortable around me.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments are when kids are happy, laughing, and having fun. I love seeing their personalities come out and getting to be part of their little milestones and memories. It makes me happy knowing I can help make their day a little better!
