At my school, we have corporate work study jobs. My job was working at Flanner house withing children, ages 3 months- 7 years old, and I have been doing this for the past two years now. I also watch my sister's friend's children, ages 8 months, 2 years, and 11 years old for the past 3 years. I have plenty experience with kids, and I absolutely love every second with them.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoor activities- Helping with homework, hide and seek, arts & crafts, watching TV, cooking, and cleaning with them.

Outdoor activities- Taking a walk, drawing with chalk, creating fun games, playing "I spy with my little eye"

The most important part about being a nanny...

Building a long-term bond with the child, helping with school, making sure they're fed and clean, good communication with the parents, and understanding the child.
