The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny allows children to still feel important even when mom and dad have to work or have personal lives. Young children should be cared for and protected and being a nanny allows me to help parents and children do just that.
My experience with special needs children...
My current occupation is working one-on-one with special needs children. I am also familiar with autistic children through family and used to volunteer for a club in high school that hung out and tutored the special needs class!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have actually been there twice when a toddler walked for the first time! Although I am disappointed the parent wasn't present, but the moment a little human walks for the first time is so amazing and fulfilling as a nanny.
