The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is being someone that both the children and the parents can trust. Leaving a child with someone outside of family can be nerve racking, and it is my goal to make the parents feel safe and comfortable, because they know their child is in capable hands. It is also just as important that the child feels safe, loved, and important while in the care of their nanny.

I’ve had experience teaching special needs children in the classroom I’m in. I’ve worked with children with autism, severe allergies, behavioral challenges, and delayed speech.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I’ve had so many moments babysitting that have stuck with me, one being chasing the ice cream truck with one of the kiddos, giggling and running and being so proud of ourselves for catching it. I also cherish the moments I’ve had putting different kiddos to sleep and knowing they feel safe to doze off with me there. My most recent favorite memory is doing a science experiment with a four year old I was babysitting and watching how amazing everything seemed through his eyes.
