Hi! My name is Ale .I am continuing Waldorf teacher-student, and mother of 2! In the past, I was a subject teacher in a Waldorf school in Mexico, and have been a nanny on and off since I was 12 years old! Having been a teacher, a babysitter, and a mother, has given me a well-rounded perspective and experience on how to accompany, learn from, and guide children through their development.
I believe in balance, a little bit of everything is needed! I believe loving and nurturing children is the most important ingredient in child care and child education, being soft and gentle goes a long way, being silly and fun to keep the spark alive, and structure to keep things at bay.

I cant find a more important, and fulfilling job than caring for children.

Over the years, I learned just how deeply I enjoy and prefer working one-on-one with families, reason why I felt called to nannying once again!
