More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My background has always been centered around supporting and mentoring young people. I currently serve as a youth leader at my church, where I guide and mentor children and teens, helping them grow both personally and spiritually. I’m also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, which emphasizes service and leadership. During college, I played sports and actively participated in youth programs, teaching teamwork and discipline. Additionally, I’ve done a lot of volunteer work with children, including organizing activities, mentoring, and providing support in various settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how to connect with kids and meet their needs in meaningful ways.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging children in creative activities like arts and crafts. It’s a wonderful way to spark their imagination and encourage self-expression. Whether it’s painting, making DIY projects, or simple coloring, I enjoy creating fun and enriching experiences that kids can be proud of.
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. This means ensuring their physical safety, supporting their emotional well-being, and encouraging their growth through age-appropriate activities and guidance. It’s also about building a trusting relationship with both the children and their parents, maintaining open communication, and being a dependable, positive influence in the child’s life. Patience, adaptability, and genuine care are key to making a meaningful impact as a nanny.
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have direct experience working with children with special needs. However, I’m eager to learn and adapt to meet the unique needs of every child. I approach all caregiving with patience, understanding, and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment. I’m open to guidance and any specific training that would help me provide the best care possible.

Babysitter Available in Oswego, IL: Esther E.
Hi! My name is Esther, and I’m 22 years old. I have several years of experience working with children through nannying and summer camps. I nannied for a family with two boys, ages 8 and 10, for about a year. I picked them up from school, prepared meals, helped with light cleaning, and drove them to sports and activities. I’ve also spent several summers working as a camp counselor with kids of different ages and personalities.
I’m currently studying to become an EMT and am CPR and BLS certified. My training has taught me how to stay calm and respond appropriately in unexpected situations. I also have a passion for teaching and learning and love encouraging kids to explore their interests and learn new things.
I’m dependable, organized, active, and easygoing. I’m happy to help with meals, transportation, homework, light housekeeping, and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for your kids!

My name is Victoria. I am a mother of 3 girls and have been a stay at home mom for 20 years. I help other families in my neighborhood when needed and have the time during the day for a permanent nanny position. I love the infantile stage as I will be a caring, loving, delicate but detailed caregiver with your special bundle of joy. I also love to tidy and clean as I go, and am a great organizer! I know how to soothe a baby and I like to keep a written schedule as I go along for you to know what your baby did all day. I truly enjoy being around kids of all ages and I will provide a comforting and caring and quiet environment for your infant while you can focus on what is needed. If you’d like to give me a call I would love to talk. Thank you.

I’m a registered behavioral technician, teaching autistic and special needs children from ages 2-21 during the day! I’m a single mama to a beautiful 4 year old blessing and I’m great with children of all ages! I grew up in a very large family with LOTS of children. I attended Aurora University, graduating in May of ‘23 with my bachelors in Criminal Justice with aspirations of becoming a child and special needs victim advocate. Becoming an Registered Behavioral Technician was a perfect way to get started! But, with that being said, “Kiana loves the kids”, haha! I’m super excited to get started!

Have a pretty flexible schedule and am also able to cook. I know basic first aid (due to be a girl scout) but am not certified in any CPR or anything. Hope that I can work with your kiddos!
