The most important part about being a nanny...
Building a strong relationship with the kiddos, I want them to actually enjoy me being around. I want them to know they can trust me & feel comfortable with me in their home. It's also important that they know I'm there to help keep them safe and that I will be enforcing all the same rules that Mom/Dad have. Establishing a good relationship with the parents is the utmost of importance as well. Communication is everything!
