The most important part of being a nanny to me is just to be there for the child and also let them know you are there for them and just creating that respect and understanding for each other. And also having that with the parents as well. I just want to be a helping hand however I can be.
My experience with special needs children...
My cousin has special needs and she’s older than me but I would also help out my aunt with her such as get her breakfast ready or help pick out clothes even get her medication for her.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The best memory I had with the last kids I had watched was when we were playing outside and we were jumping on the trampoline and the dog came up and we were all jumping and laughing and the little girls hair starting catching static and we all made our hair static and chased each other around the yard. We also would see who’s hair would stay up the longest.
