My experience with special needs children...
My experience with children with special needs includes caring for a baby whose doctors initially said would not be able to walk or make sounds. I kept video records of his progress, and during our time together he learned to stand up, crawl, make sounds, and even say ‘mama.’ Supporting his development and celebrating each milestone with him was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career as a caregiver.

My favorite moment as a nanny was witnessing a child achieve a milestone we had worked on together. Seeing their joy and confidence grow — and knowing I had supported that progress — was incredibly rewarding and reminded me why I love caring for children.
