I have a vivid memory of playing 'dance - freeze' with the 2 year old and 10 year old I nannied in 2020. I taught them how to do certain dance moves, and to make them 'their own.' The freeze part, is when I would turn the music off and they had to pause exactly where they were - no budging! Was really sweet and helped get their wiggles out.
