The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is the connection with the family and child. Specifically for newborn nannying, I love developing a relationship with moms that will in turn shape my care for their child. One of my favorite parts of being a newborn nanny is collaborating with moms for feeding schedules and techniques to make sure their baby is fed exactly to their standards!
