A little bit about me

My name is Alexia, and I’m currently a student at Brigham Young University entering my fourth year, majoring in Family Life. I’ve always loved working with children and am passionate about creating a fun, nurturing, and positive environment for them to grow and learn. Over the past nine years, I’ve done on-and-off babysitting for family, friends, and neighbors, caring for children of various ages. I have also worked with special needs children and absolutely loved it.

I truly enjoy spending time with kids—whether that’s playing games, helping with homework, or finding ways to make everyday routines more enjoyable. As a Family Life major, I’ve also learned a lot about child development, healthy family dynamics, and effective caregiving strategies, which I love applying in real-life settings. I’m hoping to gain even more hands-on experience as a nanny while helping support a family who values kindness, dependability, and genuine care.
