The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a little one learn to walk. We had been practicing every day, and one afternoon they let go of my hands and took their first steps across the room with the biggest smile. Seeing their excitement (and the proud claps after) was such a heartwarming moment I’ll never forget
