the most important part about being a nanny is making sure the child is safe and cared for, making sure that your not putting your own needs before the child and paying attention to them at all times, its important as well to engage with the kiddos

But the smiles are signs of love and making me feel like I'm worth someone and that I got or hopefully get the opportunity to be a nurturer, a friend and someone they can rely on to always protect them.
