building a relationship with the child, being someone that not only the parents can trust but that the child can trust. I always want the child to be comfortable around me and be themselves and I think that it's really important for a nanny to build that connection and let them do exactly that.

was watching the two year old girl I nannied for become more confident in everything she did, whether that was making new friends, trying new things or being social with others. I really got to see her silly side come out more and more everyday which was always fun to see.
