Extensive! Most of my past five years of work have revolved around special needs children, including my work at the summer camp, both after school programs, and the respite coalition.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my previous children that I worked with was very limited with his verbal abilities. Eventually, I was able to get him to say my name quite regularly and it became an unprompted part of his vocabulary! Amazing!
