I barely have experience with special needs children, but I have had encounters at my work place Walmart. No matter the cry, when they look at me see I actually care. It’s like a calmness comes across their face, and that warms my hearts.

My favorite nanny moment is when a special needs child was having a difficult time with speech. Then I started seeing “the wheels on the bus go round and round”. His voice sounded pierced my heart, and I enjoyed it.
