The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a shy toddler I cared for feel confident enough to join group play for the first time. We spent days practicing through pretend play, reading books about friendship, and using gentle encouragement. The day they finally ran up to the group and joined in was a moment I’ll never forget. Seeing children reach little milestones like that and knowing I was part of their journey is exactly why I love what I do.
