Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In the summer I work at Point O Pines camp for girls. As a camp counselor I was able to further my experience with living and taking care of children of many ages. I gained a lot of knowledge on caring with children ages 7-15 years of age. Being with the campers 24/7 and looking after those with allergy need, special needs, and with other daily need was a great experience. I built several connections with the campers and was one of my hardest goodbyes. As well as an Education Major I enjoy being around kids, having their best interest at hand.
