A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Alicia, and I am a reliable, caring, and patient caregiver with several years of experience supporting children, families, and individuals of all ages. As a mother myself, I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive.
I have a background in caregiving, customer service, and housekeeping, which has helped me develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I enjoy engaging children in age-appropriate activities, helping with homework, preparing simple meals, light housekeeping, and maintaining daily routines.
Families can count on me to be dependable, attentive, and compassionate. My goal is to provide peace of mind for parents while ensuring their children feel safe, supported, and cared for. I look forward to connecting with families and helping make their daily lives a little easier!

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Springfield, MO: Isabella H.

I’ve been nannying for about three years and I’m certified. I really enjoy the day-to-day stuff with kids—getting them ready in the morning, figuring out what to do when someone’s having a rough day, making sure everyone eats, and just being a steady person in their routine.
I’m pretty calm and easygoing, but I’m also organized enough that things don’t fall through the cracks. I like keeping parents in the loop and making sure we’re on the same page about how things are going. Most of all, I try to make the kids feel comfortable and looked after while their parents are working.
I’m looking for a family I can settle in with. Happy to chat more about what you’re needing.
