The most important part about being a nanny or working in the childcare field is to build healthy relationships with its children Make sure they're developing at the right pace but more importantly make sure they have fun Make sure that every moment that they have with you other laughing and smiling are learning something new build that trust with these kids so that they know they can rely on you and they feel like they have someone there for them!!!
My experience with special needs children...
Two kids in my class were autistic and had behavioral issues. I have them from 8:00 in the morning until 6:30 at night so I did have a lot of experience and interaction with these kids. And what I don't know I am more than willing to learn!!!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment while working at the child's development center every moment was special but the absolute best was when I threw a birthday party for a set of twins I got presents just a little something to show them how much they meant to me.
