My most recent family I worked with was in OR; I moved to Germany for a year but the kids and I bonded so much, I lived with them in Boise, ID when I came back to the states! The parents were DRs so I stayed the night, cooked meals, cleaned, drove the kids to school/extracurricular activities, and was a live-in nanny.
