Hi I’m Alissa!
I’ve worked in a daycare for 4 years consistently, then left for college to achieve my associates degree. After college I spent another year in the Same daycare I worked at previously and worked for families from the daycare on weekends, or days the daycare was closed. I’ve loved my time working with kids of all ages and personalities.
I enjoy being a kid at heart and being adventurous and creative in anyway I can.
I’m looking to be a second hand for a busy family, it really does take a village!
Through my years in a daycare setting I was able to go to different classes, conferences, and receive many certifications on childcare and child development. I am first aid and CPR certified as well as SIDS certified.
I hope to build a trusting relationship with a family and be able to help wherever I’m needed, like a big sister!

I worked in a pediatric dental office for 1 year and 6 months in between jobs to see if I would like it. And I ended up loving it! But I loved pediatrics more than general dentistry.

I love arts and crafts, painting, coloring, claymation, anything creative. I love going on walks,hikes, to the parks, swimming, baking, cooking, dancing, just having as much fun as possible!
