I take my jobs very seriously as it is a huge responsibility. To me there's nothing more important than the child's safety and care. The relationship I create with the family is crucial as well. It's important to have trust and open communication. It definitely takes a village to bring up little ones.

My favorite experience I've had has to be just the overall bonding that comes with caring for kids. There's nothing more rewarding than earning their trust and seeing them be able to be comfortable around me. I do enjoy making them giggle as well:)
