Hi! My name is Allie Macrelli, and I am a second-year Criminal Justice and Psychology student at Northeastern University. I am a responsible, caring, and dependable person and I strive to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

In addition to babysitting ages 3-12, I have worked with children in several other settings as well. I assisted with young children's ballet classes, helping keep students engaged, organized, and comfortable while supporting instructors during lessons and activities. I also volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club of Framingham, where I helped supervise activities and create a positive fun environment.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I think it's important to keep children engaged through a variety of fun, creative, and educational activities. I am always happy to help with homework and encourage learning in a positive and supportive way. I also love cooking and enjoy teaching children simple, age-appropriate kitchen skills while emphasizing safety and good habits.

Whenever possible, I like to spend time outdoors. Whether that means going to the playground, playing sports, taking walks, or exploring nature. My goal is to create activities that are both enjoyable and enriching for each child, and make sure everyone is having fun!

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me the most important part about working with children is balance. I always do my best to ensure we are sticking to routines, completing important tasks, enriching ourselves, and having fun while doing it all. I recognize you need to create a safe structure for children, but I also believe you can always incorporate a little fun into it!
