My name is Alli. I am a student at Oregon State University and am looking for part-time work that fits my school schedule. I live in Corvallis, but am willing to travel to neighboring towns.

I love working with kids and have lots of experience, from babysitting to caregiving. I have worked with special needs kids and have experience with age groups ranging from a few months old all the way to about 11 years old. I've cared for groups as large as 6 kids at a time, and I love creating fun, safe, engaging environments for everyone.

I love keeping kids active and curious, so I avoid screens and focus on hands-on activities when I can. Some of my favorite things to do with children are cooking/baking, arts and crafts, and exploring nature outside.

I enjoy supporting learning in any way I can, from helping with homework to encouraging creativity and problem-solving in daily life. I also always respect and follow the rules and decisions each parent sets for their family.
