Hi! I’m Allison, a professional nanny and Montessori-trained early childhood educator with 10+ years of experience caring for children from infancy through school age. I have a degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Anthropology and Infant/Toddler Montessori training.

Before transitioning into private nannying, I spent several years as a lead Montessori toddler teacher. My approach is warm, patient, playful, and child-led while providing consistency and encouraging independence. I love planning age-appropriate activities, sensory and art experiences, outdoor adventures, reading, music, and practical life activities. I also play guitar and ukulele and know baby sign language!
