I have worked as a summer nanny for 5 years and in a daycare center for 6 on and off during the school years. I love working with children and hope to work in a school after college. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going to the zoo, having picnics in parks and spending time outdoors. I also love to get them to engage in activities that don’t always involve screens. Love to get them moving and go do fun activities!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is being a safe and trusted person in the child’s life. I was to create a fun, nurturing environment to play and learn but I also want to be that safe person that can go to whenever they need something.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with a child with autism and sensory issues. I have also worked with a child with PICA and and a child with Down syndrome. I loved working with all these children so much. Once I get the routine down we are good to go!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have so many I don’t know how to pick just one but when the kids asked all summer to go to the water park and I finally got to surprise them it was so amazing to see the joy on there face. I also love when I’m come home to visit them and they have tears of joy, it makes even the hard days 1000% worth it to me.
