Keeping the children safe and making sure they are always learning. I love seeing the kids grow and learn so much. Also, making sure they are having a good time and make sure they are playing and being creative on their own which always happens and it is so cute and amazing see what the little ones can do and seeing their imagination play a role.

when I did an overnight for one of my families and the kids crawled into bed one more morning and just little things when they run up and hug me and tell me that they love. My kids always show appreciation, which is always so cute and sweet.
