Never make a kid feel unwanted always interact with them. and make sure they are ok and have everything they need. Food, drink, toy, a clean diaper if still in diapers. And make sure they have a good time
My experience with special needs children...
I have had only one experience with a special needs kid. You have to really care for them and watch them and make them feel good and not useless. I really enjoyed it
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is when the kids laugh and smile that is the best thing ever. And when I come back the next day and they run up to me happy to see me.
