For me it was working with a family I’d been babysitting for 3 years at that point and their son who was non-verbal told me no, he actually spoke the word and I don’t think I’ve ever felt anything so rewarding as I did in that moment. Knowing he felt comfortable enough to say that actually made me cry once I got a chance to step away for a minute. It was heartwarming, especially when I was able to tell his parents
