More About Me
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is the impressions we leave in a childs mind and in their hearts. As this will stay with them forever! It is so important that we nurture and care for a child individually as there is not one alike; be able to recognize their strengths and weaknesses, and encourage them to be the best they can be!

Live-In Part-Time Nanny Available in Colorado Springs, CO: Shadra M.
Hi! I’m Shadra (or Shad), I’m 19 and a student at West Texas A&M University. I’ll be home for the summer and am looking to help families who need a reliable, positive babysitter!
I have a bubbly, upbeat personality and love creating a fun, safe environment where kids feel comfortable and entertained. I’ve been babysitting for years, starting with younger cousins and family friends and continuing through high school and college breaks.
I have experience with children as young as 6 months old and am comfortable caring for multiple kids (typically 1–3, up to 4). I’m used to keeping kids on routines (if needed) while also making sure they’re having fun with crafts, outdoor play, meals, and games.
I’m reliable, patient, and attentive, and I have several families who would be happy to provide references. While I’m not CPR certified, I am very safety-conscious and always prioritize the well-being of the children in my care.
I’d love to help your family this summer!

Growing up my sister had many kids and while she was out doing her business , I became the Sitter. I’ve grown to love kids extremely, and taking care of them has just become nature.
Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Colorado Springs, CO: Kharley S.
Hi-My name is Kharley and I’m currently not in school at this time but will be . I’ve been working with kids since I was 14 and love it. I started by watching my younger who is 10 years old and also all my cousins from ages 0-14 years old and then begin babysitting for some of my mom’s friends. Over the last few years I’ve worked primarily with infants and toddlers, but I love kids from all ages. I love to do arts and crafts especially around this time of the year. I’m also very passionate about cooking.

Full-Time Nanny Available in Colorado Springs, CO: Anika W.
From a young age I have always had an interest and desire to work with children but I was unsure exactly what that would look like.
While completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology I was able to take courses in child development and was immediately intrigued by how children develop from embryo to adolescence. This sparked a passion for child development and I began my work in a kindergarten classroom where the focus was play based and the children were their own leaders or mini teachers. From here, I started to work with older children more specifically one little boy with Autism. We worked together one on one for a year through modification of academic, emotional and social aspects within the classroom setting.
Outside of the education system I found myself caring for a 6- month old and had the wonderful opportunity to watch her grow not only physically but socially and emotionally as well until 2 years old. From here I had the opportunity to nanny for 4 months as a live-in in Los Angeles, California, caring for a family of two children aged 15 months and 3 years old.
Child care aside I find myself happiest when I am helping others. I am a compassionate and loyal person who values integrity and honesty to the utmost. I believe in my strengths as a childcare professional but am always open to new learning and different perspectives.
I am looking to join a family and become apart of your household.

Part-Time Nanny Available in Colorado Springs, CO: Sydney F.
I remember the first time I ever babysat, I was about 12 years old. I then began babysitting every week for a family and I adored it. I click very well with kids and it just reminded me of how great my own childhood was. It was nice being able to do one of my favorite hobbies and get paid for it. I’ve always been really good with kids, I’m extremely responsible, plus I was a lifeguard for a little and became CPR cirtified!
