My first sitting job when I realized how much it meant to support with childcare:
The parents returned. Their children (4 &6), had cleaned up their rooms, were bathed and sound asleep in their beds. The dishes were done and living room picked up. Their Mother was shocked. She asked me, "How did you do it!?!" and teared up. :') Her level of genuine gratitude has stayed with me since. <3

This past spring I was in Spain for three months babysitting and teaching English to the three girls in my host family every day. I absolutely loved working with them and really want to continue working with kids after this experience.
