In 2019, I volunteered at the Glazer Children’s Museum’s summer camp. Some of my responsibilities were to supervise the campers, plan and participate in activities, clean up.after each activity, chaperone on field trips, and stay late until each camper was picked up. This was one of my favorite adventures as a caretaker and I would do it again a million times!

The most important thing when you are a nanny is to connect with the kids. There’s nothing worse than kids that aren’t comfortable with you. I always want everyone to have fun and they can’t if I’m still a total stranger! That is why I prefer to meet the child and parents before the scheduled babysitting date.
