I was an au pair for a year in Cincinnati. On a regular day I was in charge of managing breakfast, snack time, and lunch. Doing dishes and cleaning up after those meals. Getting them dressed and ready for the day. Picking up toys, books, etc after they are finished playing. Organizing playroom and crafts. These were everyday duties. Helping clear out old or unused toys/crafts regularly. The kids and I would go outside and play, weather permitting, or to museum/zoo/ aquarium/ pool/ parks etc anything and everything to keep us busy! We don’t really do TV time during the day.
