The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and trusting environment where children feel supported and valued. Building a strong, positive relationship with both the children and their family is essential, along with maintaining open communication and consistency in care.

I believe it’s important to support not only a child’s safety, but also their emotional, social, and developmental growth while respecting each family’s values and routines.

I have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing 1:1 support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. I’ve implemented behavior plans, supported communication and emotional regulation, and used positive reinforcement to help children reach their goals in a safe and structured environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was seeing a child I worked with gain confidence in something they had been struggling with. After consistently working together using patience, encouragement, and positive reinforcement, they were able to accomplish a goal that once felt overwhelming to them. Seeing their excitement and pride in that moment was incredibly rewarding and reminded me why I love what I do.
