A little bit about me

Hii,
I have been a nanny for the past 7+ years with both live in and pet care experience. I am a student, earning a bachelors in psychology and now a master's in clinical counseling with a specialization in adolescents. I am CPR and first aid certified, also willing to get necessary vaccines for the health of little ones.

I am adventurous and LOVE the outdoors, and yes I can swim :). I also have experience with Autism and ADHD as i've worked with PRE-K 4-5 babies as a special ed para. SOcial and emotional learning are big for me and it would be a pleasure for me to nurture you little humans.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked as a Pre-K paraprofessional with ages 4-5. Inclusion classes with varying behavioral disabilities.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Science experiments, hiking, swimming, museum(s), aquarium visits, yoga (with goats..), dancing, and arts & crafts.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being a team player, it's a collaborative experience that I want to be able to give input and take advice. I also hope to set a nurturing foundation because what a child experiences in their early life, will affect them for the rest of their life.

My experience with special needs children...

I worked as a Pre-K paraprofessional with ages 4-5. Inclusion classes with varying behavioral disabilities.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had two boys while doing nanny share and both of them are on the spectrum. one told the other he loved him and that was a big shock for him. He said you can't tell me you love me, I am not your DAD. hahaha. We used that as a lesson on being able to tell everyone you love them, not just your parents.
