Patience it takes a lot of it I can deal with special needs kids but at the same time I would like an chaperon their cause it will be much better that way for me my opinion but far as harming them no I would not cause some kids are difficult because they have trust issues cause some people just do evil stuff to others but for instance it's different techniques that I could learn how to deal with them you just have to come up with an good strategy
