More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I spent a year with my previous family before they relocated, and during that time, we grew very close. To me, they were more like an extension of my own family rather than just employers. I had the honor of helping little James adapt to elementary school after kindergarten, and I couldn't have been prouder. While I was sad to see them go, I'm now ready to share my skills and enthusiasm with a new family.

I bring various skills to this position, but I believe that my greatest assets are my patience, creativity, and caring nature. In my previous role, I worked with a child who struggled with confidence issues. As a result, we spent a lot of time engaging in activities that encouraged the child to come out of their shell, such as creative role play. I consider this to be my biggest strength - helping children overcome whatever challenges they may face in a way that suits them.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

One of the things that I find really enjoyable and fulfilling when spending time with children is engaging in art and craft activities. I believe that these activities are not only fun but also highly beneficial for children's development. By allowing them to engage in hands-on experiences, children can learn new skills and improve their creativity.

Additionally, I find that outdoor activities can be incredibly beneficial for children. When they engage in sports or other physical activities, they not only get to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine but also improve their physical health. Outdoor activities can also help to improve children's social skills, as they learn to work together and communicate effectively with their peers.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Some of the moments that I treasure include when a child stands up to peer pressure, shows compassion for others, and connects with another child on an emotional level.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most cherished moments is when a child achieves a breakthrough by modifying their behavior. Witnessing a child succeed and begin to flourish into the person they will become never ceases to amaze me. Children possess immense intelligence and capabilities that are often underestimated. Being able to contribute to the development of a compassionate, resilient, and self-reliant child is a wonderful privilege.
