A little bit about me

I used to be a Professional Nanny in my early twenties in Los Angeles, California to a couple that worked for the movie studios and loved it! I returned home to Kansas City and started to work as a Legal Secretary for over 28 years and now I'm looking to return to something that made me really happy ~ working with children again and planning fun daily events for them!

I am a very dependable and caring/kind person, and children seem to like the entertainment and structure that I can add to their day!

I also work at my church on the weekends and some evenings doing group exercise instruction, cookie party events, book club events, watercolor classes ~ various family/team building events.

I am very good with children but was not fortunate enough to have my own, so I do enjoy spending time with families and children at the church because it's a very rewarding experience for me as well!

Sometimes cared for a girl with Down's Syndrome when her parents traveled out of town on vacation. She stayed with me while they were away in Arizona in the winter for an extended vacation.

When the couple in California said my bag that I took with me when I was out with the girls looked like Mary Poppins Bag itself! I come prepared, let's say!!!! :) I'm funny and FUN and the kids and I laugh a lot even at my PURSE SIZE!!!!
