I have worked at my church watching People's kids they drop them off before they go into church service and I change diapers fed them keep them clean until the parents got out of church and were able to come back and get there kids

I would say being able to make a difference and not only the parents but the child's life as well just being able to make life a little bit easier and just being able to allow the parent to know that I am here and can help with anything whether it's laundry or dishes or just cleaning up or cooking a little
My experience with special needs children...
Don't have a whole lot of experience with special needs however my son is ADHD and he has autism he has one of the worst ones is Asperger's so that is the only experience I have as far as that is with my own child
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say the funny moments just when they're being goofy running around to the house playing with each other they like to play Nerf guns I think it is and they run around playing we get some funny moments I would say the really precious moments are around Christmas time and we have our family time and are giving time just seeing their faces light up when they see their presents is priceless we do a lot as a family but the precious moments are just being able to talk to my kids and them being able to talk to me knowing I am here for them my daughters however they love to do tick tocks so they will try to get me to do tick tocks with them LOL and then they will make fun of me but it's okay I try but we have a lot of fun playing and I know the moments that they will remember for the rest of their lives they like to play outdoors as well we play a lot of games outside as far as hiding seek tag colored eggs which is is funny they keep me young lol
