Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have cared for a 2 year old, I would care from both my house and the mother’s house! I did meal prep, cleaning, bathing, and related tasks. I have cared for a preschooler, I did school pick ups and occasionally drop offs if needed. I keep children engaged with fun brain-stimulating activities and tasks. I make sure to have good communication with the guardian and keep them in the loop always! As well as the child, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy engaging children in arts and crafts, reading, math, health, dancing, and even watching their favorite shows with them and quizzing them on topics after! I am majoring in psychology! So I love introducing children to their emotions as well as, healthy stress relieving behaviors, and how to communicate how they feel in a mature manner!

The most important part about being a nanny is safety. I apply the phrase “Safety first” in every situation I’m in. Especially while being someone’s care taker. Being a nanny is way more than just a job. You’re looking after someone’s whole world. So safety is always first in my book!
The most important part about being a nanny...
There are many cherished moments I have as being a nanny, but my favorite has to be when the child’s parents were working on her birthday, so I decided we would bake a cake! She had so much fun mixing ingredients, and of course eating them too! The cake turned out so cute. It reminded me of a max and ruby cake!
