I think the most important part about being a nanny (outside of the care for the children) is growing a close relationship with the parents. Communicating regularly with the parents to understand the children's needs, routines, and any special requirements, and then consistently implementing those in the daily care. When we are the same page anything can be done!

My all time favorite nanny moment is the bond I create with the children. Coming into work everyday my current nanny kids wait outside in the driveway for me and it absolutely melts my heart.
