The most important things about being a nanny is it’s not only about understanding what the children need but making them feel Understood, loved and supported no matter the age. I work on communication skills and many others. I take more of the gentle parenting route once it comes to my little grown ups

My favorite moment was when the 3 girls I nanny started calling chachi (it means older sister). I noticed how much of impact I made in their lives, as well as mine. They have all grown in the past to years in plenty of ways.
