More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been caring for my little sister for as long as I can remember, which has given me a lot of hands-on experience with childcare. From helping with homework and preparing meals to keeping the house tidy and making sure she’s safe and entertained, I’ve learned how to be patient, responsible, and supportive. This experience has taught me how to handle different situations calmly and confidently while creating a fun and caring environment.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing a variety of fun and educational activities with children, including arts and crafts, reading books, playing games, and spending time outdoors. I also like helping with homework and creating simple, engaging learning activities. I love seeing kids laugh, learn, and use their imagination, and I always try to keep things fun, safe, and age-appropriate.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny, to me, is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. Building trust with both the children and their parents is key, and I believe it’s important to be patient, responsible, and dependable. Being a positive role model and helping children grow, learn, and feel confident is what makes this job truly meaningful.
My experience with special needs children...
My family runs a company that provides care for individuals with special needs, so I’ve been around and involved in that environment for as long as I can remember. This experience has taught me patience, empathy, and how to communicate effectively with people who have different needs. I’m comfortable and confident in providing support, and I truly enjoy helping create a positive, understanding, and inclusive atmosphere.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a child I was watching learn to read their first full book. We had been practicing together for a while, and seeing their face light up with pride when they finished reading on their own was such a special moment. It reminded me how meaningful it is to be part of a child’s growth and confidence, and it made me even more passionate about working with kids.
