I currently work at an in-home licensed daycare and have for the last year. I’ve made many connections with the families and tend to babysit the kiddos most weekends:). I have nannied for a 3mo over a summer and have babysat for years. I also had volunteered at Grand Rapids Civic Theater summer camps for a few years in highschool.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I really enjoy making crafts, I’ve always been a homemade card girl so anything that involves stickers and markers and paper i find to be so fun with the kids. I also enjoy taking the kids on walks, along with checking out nearby parks. I’m all for any outside play whether it be in the snow, water, sand or sun!

Some of my favorite moments with the kids I’ve nannied and the kids at my daycare are when they fall asleep in my arms. I love that’s they feel so safe and it’s always such a peaceful moment.
