Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I lived in Louisiana this past year and work in their early childhood education center as an aftercare provider. I also worked in the mornings with the infant nursery. I helped them learn through play, we had outside time, and many other activities. The nursery I worked at gave me experience in feeding, soothing babies, sleep schedules, play time, tummy time and much more.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love helping kids learn through play. For example: coloring sheets to learn our colors, educational songs, learning our shapes while playing with blocks. I also think outside time is important for a happy healthy child, sunshine is often the best medicine.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe being a nanny is a huge responsibility and privilege. It’s important to help working families and provide safe spaces for children. I value many things as a nanny; having a safety and clean environment for them to thrive, showing love and grace, helping them learn important values for life, giving them the care they need throughout the day.
It is also important to me that I provide the values, rules, and expectations any parent gives me; it’s not my goal to change any child but to help families in need.
