Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have hands-on experience working with infants, and it’s one of my favorite phases. I have experience providing overnight care to support new mothers during the postpartum period, and caring for multiples. My role has often included soothing newborns through the night, assisting with feedings, diaper changes, and helping establish healthy sleep routines. I understand how critical those early days are for both baby and mother, and I strive to bring a calming, supportive presence into the home. Whether it’s offering encouragement, practical help, or simply giving mom the rest she needs, I take pride in being someone families can rely on during such a tender season.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love creating fun, enriching experiences tailored to each child’s stage of development. With babies and toddlers, I enjoy music classes that encourage sensory play and bonding. For younger children, I plan outings to the zoo, children’s museums, and library story hours to spark curiosity and imagination. With older kids, I like heading to the pool or planning park days full of games, exploration, and time to connect. No matter the age, I aim to bring joy, learning, and a sense of security into every day.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve had the privilege of supporting children with special needs through both volunteer work and in-home care. I volunteered with a program called “Reading with the Rescues,” where children with special needs engaged with rescue horses to build developmental skills through riding and hands-on activities. It was a powerful way to see how therapeutic environments foster growth and confidence. I also worked as a part-time nanny for a 4-year-old boy with autism, tailoring daily routines and activities to support his emotional regulation, communication, and sensory needs.
